Maan Morma, Phuket Private Holiday Villa- situated at the northern end of Bangtao beach, this large and charming Balinese-style villa sleeps eight. The four double, en-suite bedrooms are arranged in two wings joined by a roof terrace. Ideal for two families, each wing has a separate staircase and magnificent views of the river with its bird life, the garden and nearby hills. Two bedrooms can be rearranged as twins.
A study on the ground floor, with desk, wireless router and full broadband internet access, can also be used as a bedroom for those not wishing to climb stairs. The guest cloakroom is adjacent.
Stay at Maan Morna, Phuket Private Holiday Rental Villa- With its attractive cedar shingles, the villa stands in almost one rai of landscaped garden bordered by a small river, which runs into the Andaman Sea close by. A lotus pond and water feature lead to the front entrance of the villa. Beyond are ample covered terraces, the swimming pool, adjacent sala with loungers, and the extensive lawns and flower beds.
Indoor/outdoor all-weather entertaining made easy with a choice of sitting and dining areas. The luxury kitchen is fully equipped and well fitted with appliances, including dishwasher. There is a generous utility area with separate maid’s accommodation.
A tenancy manager will arrange for you to be met at the airport and taken to the villa, and depending on the time of your arrival and departure, will be present to check you in and out of the villa. She will also be available to help you if you have any queries or problems regarding the villa, and with enquiries you might have regarding tours and activities in the area.

• The occupancy of our villas is based on two persons per bedroom.
• Please note that all rates and details are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
• A minimum stay of 5 nights is required for each booking.
1. A deposit of 50% is required as soon as possible to confirm your reservation. .
2. Balance of payment is due no later than 30 days prior to travel.
3. Reservations made within 30 days of travel require payment in full.
4. Failure to remit deposit or the balance in a timely manner may result in cancellation and fiscal penalties.
Security Deposit Policy:
A security deposit to cover possible damage or loss to the rental property will be taken by cash on arrival at the property. This will be used amendment fees for any extra services arranged, or to settle your final bill for the services payable local.
There is no personal accident insurance associated with the villa so you are advised to make your own arrangements. The owners will therefore not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage incurred by guest during their stay.
1.In the case that a villa becomes uninhabitable due to circumstances beyond the company's control, the company agrees to refund the guest the balance of any monies paid on a prorated basis of the rental rate.
2.Normal check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
3.Due to the limited amount of villas, we can not confirm any bookings until a 50 % deposit is received.
